Hi, we’re Lucy Foster-Perkins and Rachel Fearnley—co-founders of The Whole Health Project.
We’ve been creating teacher trainings in breathwork, meditation and yin yoga since 2020. Together, we bring decades of experience in movement, coaching, facilitation and nervous system education.
We created these trainings because we wished they had existed when we were starting out—something practical, grounded, inclusive, and trauma-aware without requiring years of study or thousands of pounds.
We’re not here to claim we know everything—we’re here to support you to find your own voice as a teacher, and to offer real tools that work for real people.
